I stated facts, you stated opinion on what your interpretation of these facts you decide to believe. Again WHAT HAVE THEY ACCOMPLISHED? the signature of a contract that they cannot deliever on.

Also minimizing the contract delays is a serious lack of understanding this contract. Basicaly RDC will have to pay the enterity of the contract unless A) act of god B) default from Airmap/Intermap.

Airmap is currently defualting on their obligations as they have not started the work as stipulation in article 4.2.1
