Feasibilty Study to be Released Q4/16-Q1/17,
Page 17 of the Company presentation shows Feasibilty Study to be Released Q4/2016-Q1/2017,  with the objective of gaining off-take and re-commencing constrution in 2017.  So previously they said Q1/2017, so it looks like they are now more optimistic. This presentation was just put out (probably a few days ago).
