The Company produces a range of products from breaded and battered items to seafood entrees, that are sold to North American food retailers and foodservice distributors. The foodservice channel includes sales of seafood that is usually eaten outside the home and its branded products are sold through distributors to restaurants and institutions under the High Liner, Mirabel, Icelandic Seafood1 and FPI labels. The Company is also a supplier of private-label value-added frozen premium seafood products to North American food retailers and foodservice distributors.

H&S formation didn't formYour bearish pattern never devloped.  Chart looks interesting from the long side.  If it can break over 20 we could be into the next trading range from the prior year or two of 20.00 - 25.00 chart looks constructive.
