RE:RE:RE:New takeover bid rules take effect in Canada I think you're reading too much into random moves of a volatile stock that a lot of people are interested in -- but one way to look at this would be the order size.  If people really are buying based on insider information of an upcoming trade, then there should be very large orders:  the people who do that kind of thing have money.  If it's just noise with a background of a stable, high price of gold, then it will be a random set of small orders.  Since your brokerage provides that info, why don't you take a look at it and post it?
