share price capped at around 17 cents

share price capped at around 17 cents It seems to me that Gran Colombia's share price will be effectively capped at US$13 cents until all the debentures are converted into common shares. If the share price was to increase to US$16 cents then arbitrageurs could buy the bonds at face value and convert them into shares at US$13 cents and then sell these shares on the market at 16 cents, thus pocketing a 20%+ gain.

Because of this arbitrage, I think the share price cannot rise above 14 cents US$ until all the bonds have been converted to equity. So in this gold bull market where there will be tremendous demand for gold shares we are pretty much guaranteed to have 1.4 billion shares outstanding as all the bonds get converted into equity over the next few months.

Where am I wrong on this thesis ?
