RE:RE:As and Bs

RE:RE:As and BsWatsa is likely preventing a go private, his average cost at 17 and he is worth north of 4 billion so he basically holds forever. Look at his investments in forest products companies. Unless 5 families let him into the group a go private could never happen as you need majority of minority to approve go private and how does he approve when his average cost is $17. Go private is what everyone else has done and makes sense. Why share that dividend with everyone when you can keep cash for yourself. I am still not in. Anticipate terrible quarter with bad results from vertical scope. Noticed on their web site they are recruiting for a client retention specialist. Sign they are losing customers. This is likely reason Holland was fired. Looks like they will struggle to produce minimal ebitda with other business. Star touch cool but no where near the amount of ads lapresse has on their tablet product. Only positive event is land sale. Also the new bigger buyers who recently came in. About 3 million shares will likely start to liquidate. Probably smaller fund enticed by dividend yield. As a former bull tough to find positives here now.
