RE:While we waitBLM Draft dtd. 4-26. Has anyone noticed that public Comments are closed on the draft..but on the sameline Comments Allowed.
Now BLM is known not to be friendly to themining industry, ie, banning exploration and mining on thousands of acres in 5 Western states for  the sage grouse (not endangered).
If comments are allowed..without a time limit..and every comment has to be answered..this is a ..not very transparent way.. to delay the road extension. BLM also knows  how short the construction window is in Alaska. Sure glad we has plan B. CP
