what if all the buying on PHM and LND is convalo employers and execs that cant buy convalo before its NR. They would be allowed to buy the other two as they arnt insiders or the other two and its not insider trading because they are different companies. But they know they all have a strong correlation so a strong Q from CXV will also lift PHM and LND. Its entirely speculation but could be a reason for LND and PHMs ralley that CXV didnt have. Thoughts?
