Time to buy !I really question the numbers that are being assessed to the Vaughan property . This week , a 7 acre parcel of land at Front and Bathurst area of Toronto sold for 180 Million dollars . The Vaughan property is certainly not nearly as valuable, but it is almost 40 acres in the prime area of Hwy 7 and Hwy 400 . In addition is has that huge building on it . How about an Amazon distribution center . It looks like things are turning around . There isn't much goodwill left to write off ( I always thought it was worthless anyway ) . My two main concerns now are to find a really bright forward thing CEO who cares about his shareholders . In addition , As with previous bloggers , I have a real issue with the defined benefit pension plan still offered . The company obviously can't afford it . They need to go to a defined contribution pension plan as soon as possible . That way , they know upfront what their pension obligations are for the year and moving forward . I bought more shares yesterday , in anticipation of a share recovery .
