RE:Solid Q2 results - AFFO payout 84.4%

RE:Solid Q2 results - AFFO payout 84.4%Analyst price target updates;
Canaccord - increase to $8.65 from $8.00
CIBC - $9.20
NBF - Increase to $8.75 from $8.15
TD - Increase to $9.50 from $8.50

Average is $9.025 which is an 8.3% dividend yield

If anyone has the analyst reports to share I would appreciate it. In particular I'd like to know if the SP target increases are primarily from AFFO growth projections (acquisitions, positiive leasing) or higher valuation multiples (due to lower payout/sustainability of payout) or both.

Good luck
