RE:RE:RE:Can't see the forest for the trees

RE:RE:RE:Can't see the forest for the treesWell I don't think much of the short's quietness in the past days. I guess they don't have anything else to say at this point. I don't know if McCreath and Donville are still long, which could explain why they didn't say anything. It could also be that they don't have anything else to say either and are adding shares. Can anyone here verify that ? Their funds are private and not listed I think ?
The lawsuit thing, I made fun of it but I don't know if there's something to read in the timing of it. I find it really odd however that MT would do such a thing so long after the ''crime'' was committed and as a general rule, I'm not a fan of CEO starting personal lawsuits. It's just bad for business and the shareholders. Unless he has some evidence on the short group that we don't, there's nothing to add about it. There's biterness between these two because of their history and to me, that's how far it goes. Nothing to do really with the stock decline or the business in general. Also, I'm not really worried because I did get back the capital I lost and am now positionned in a way that, good or bad, I'll make some profits. Lastly, there's so much we don't know about all this story that it's a real mystery as to why some are ''purely bullish'' or ''purely bearish'' on CXR. In either case, I guess you need some kind of faith or luck with your investment at this point. Personally I don't like to rely on either when making my investing decisions, hence the hedging. I know that I don't know and it seems to be an increasing sentiment among the people invested, or covering CXR in their analysis.

Best of luck going forward.

Do you think the timing of the law suit by MT coincidental.  Does Cxr current price reflect the fundamentals even with a guiding down.  You are a very calculated investor with a bitter taste from the unfolding of events that caused you a financial lose, I get that, just keep an open mind.   Things will be unfolding really fast after Friday, strap on your seatbelt and position yourself properly to profit from it.  Lots of money has been made with Cxr share price destruction and even more will be made with the upcoming news. Don't always assume that silence is a sign of guilt.  The biggest crime here is not what Cxr management did and it's not what the shorts did, its the regulators that allowed the massive manipulation by both sides to go on unpunished and cost hard working innocent investors to lose millions.
