Isn't the real answer the bigger U market in general?  Not to sound too pessimistic (I am long several U stocks) but many of the U3O8 stocks are floundering with great news; even NXE and FCU's share price have been stagnant with great driiling results lately.  When (anybody care to take a stab when 'when' is?) the spot price finally rebounds, this stock will probably have one of the best multiples of them all.
