RE:RE:RE:robbedYou have a right to fair value. I should have dissented my shares on this one and fought it in court but this takes time and energy. The Canadian corporate landscape is both emberrassing and unjust to shareholders. But just not much you can do about it. The regulators turn a blind eye out of niavety.
