RE:RE:Pivot Technology Solutions Declares Quarterly DividendPete, it's a relevant cautionary story, but I don't really think it is applicable to PTG given it has followed through with all it's dividend promises to this point, and this one for Q2 is going to be be paid.

The real story is margins and whether they can be improved while maintaining or growing the sizeable gross income income base that has been achieved.  If so, we are all going to make a lot of $, because it won't take much of a percentage improvement  in margins to dramatically change net income to the positive given the size of the company.  The dividend is entirely maintainable with current cash flow. If we lose our shirts on Friday, it will because either margins or gross income have collapsed (I for one don't think they have).  But the dividend at least for now is not in question.
