Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. To be fair I really think you should not assume dilution is not in Pala's best interests.

Let's make this easy and look at a pie. Right now we bag holders have a healthy portion of that pie and Pala has a large portion of the pie. Every time Pala buys cheap shares at whatever price they dictate, the pie stays the same size, our portion shrinks and Pala's gets larger.

Pala can keep doing this at really any price until their portion is almost the full pie. Basically they can turn our equity into their equity for a very minimal amount of money.

They pay a nickel to steal a dime from our pocket.

It is a guaranteed way for them to make more money at sale. The money they spent in the past is gone, they are looking at how to maximize returns going forward.

Unless something happens soon we will all be eating crumbs.
