Several positive developments have since been reported and 2nd quarter were reported earlier than expected. The SP here has nothing to do with fundamentals and pricing logic? glta longs

Since then they have likely collected at least 10 m in recievables from the fourth quarter. So they did not have to do this increase to the line of credit but it gives them room to look at further smaller aquisitions.
The key piece is Concertis - how will they fund Concertis? Given the lack of yield products, possibly through a bond offering. If they can fund Concertis they can then sell their recievables to Concertis which will free up as much as 70 m for acquisitions.
I believe they are counting on selling their recievables and this is why they only did a small increase to their LOC.
In the short term the funding of Concertis is the only announcement that is likely to move the needle on the share price.
Otherwise the market will wait to see another 2 quarters of earnings.
Adamchess, can you supply the reasons behind why you think the already known news will get the sp to $6. If it is convincing it will be good for all posters here. Else it will be just your wishful thinking.
You omit the fact of loss of $0.07 vs market est, of loss of $0.04 in Q2 and that dragged the stock down first about 15%. The delayed filing then further shook investors confidence and sank it much deeper. It s not important whether one thinks this is fair or not but this is a momentum stock and momentum directs where the stock goes. It is easy to blame the shorts for a downfall so reading the chart and act proactively can help to maximize gains and minimize losses. CXR is a good example and a lesson to learn. That supplies to NHC as well.
Good luck to all longs.
