RE:B of D Fiduciary Duty - CCAA?Does it really matter who's watching who? There isn't enough here to satisfy the bank debt so nobody outside the bank will get much of anything. Face facts this company was a shell game from day one and only existed because of several years of an oil rush that has now ended.
