Never look back

Never look backwhen a company announces a reverse split and a dividend it's only good news, I told my friend I was holding a bunch of shares worth .65 cents and he didn't even listen to me, but when I told him yesterday they are going to be 6.50 he jumped on his phone to look... Any news on when this gets done. Cheers
