Previous Institution InvestmentsI agree with Biz, everyone on this board is entitled their opinions. Otherwise its back to the bully on the school yard. I don't agree to everyones opinions but there are many different views on how to get this plant built.
The Agrium/POT merger will never go thru, as we all saw the US government started legal proceedings between JohnDeer and Monsanto yesterday over Precision planting and anti competition for farmers, The US government is investigating Dow/Dupont, ChemChina/Syngenta, to list a few ag mergers at the moment.
Mr. Brown, How many institutional investors have already been involved with KRN,
I remember - BMO, TD and Manulife are there more that I do not recall over the last 7 years, I hope they want to get involved again, I am sure they lost money selling at $3bucks, stop losses for TD I recall.
I want to see this plant built like everyone elsse, otherwise we will never see a return on our shareholder value as Mr Phinney has pointed out. Mr Phinney did a fantastic job on BNN yesterday, it was a good interview. I am wondering who is selling and buying at these prices, possibly GSFC, why pay $10 bucks when you can buy the float at $1.20.
Spot Potash price in US Midwest is currently $230/USD per Ton down $3/ton from last week, I have watched the Ag Industry for many years. Producers do not pay a premium for a product unless they have to, this requires great marketing. Subscribe to N,P,K and S, or Green Markets out of the US to get real Potash outlooks and pricing, does not look rosy for a few years.
Just my thoughts
