Before you buy

Before you buyDo a test booking at their main travel booking site - havanatur.com. The site is very outdated, hard to navigate and not user friendly. There are no reviews. Prices are all in Euros, which does not help US travelers. Online payment is convoluted and hard to understand. If you call their US customer service number (not toll free) the message says the user’s mailbox is full.  :)
