RE:The 2019 debsThey  have 3 years to hopefully see some continued improvement in market conditions.

1)They could possibly look to roll this debt as a good chunk of other debt is getting eliminated.

2)They could operate Landquart for a few more years to optimize operations of that asset and then look to sell it off as has been there history. Landquart land/buildings were recently sold and leased back. With that transactions complete the operations could be put up for sale at some point.

3)They could ultilze the current stock buyback they just announced to buy in undervalued stock today with the knowledge the 2019's can be settled with with shares. Buying in undervalued stock now lowers the share count moving into a better DP market with rising DP prices and a path of lowering costs. This could lift the per/share price moving forward. For example, they buy in at $5 today and reissue at $10.
