Long Term Land Play

Long Term Land Play
I know that some on this board have taken a beating and I am here to try to give you hope. I am an advisor and have been doing an experiment averaging into an energy portfolio since Nov 2014. Right now I am up 40% overall which is a miracle based on how the market kept dropping for so long. The best way to make money in this space is buying into juniors that have land undervalued by the market. The Leucrottas, Blackbirds ect. This company is holding 140k net sections in the middle of the Montney Fairway and has an enterprise value of only 15.5 M. That's insane. I started buying warrants when the price started fluctuating a few weeks back and don't think I am wrong. I will probably buy more. We are surrounded by potential buyers like Crescent Point, Apache, Raging River and Whitecap. They could all pick this company up for practically nothing and prove up the reserves for us. Oil needs to be at a higher price to justify drilling but when it is this company is worth 3x what it is now at minimum. If oil goes to $60, everyone who stayed will be rewarded. And there is no other great land trading so cheaply on the TSX or TSX-V from what I can see.
