DISPOSITION OF COMMON SHARES OF GOLD MOUNTAIN MINING
CCS Funds LLC has disposed of ownership of 5.3 million common shares of Gold Mountain Mining Corp. The shares were disposed of at a price of 10 cents per share.
Ownership of the shares is held by KCR LLC, a joint actor of CCS Funds LLC. CCS Funds LLC has investment control and direction over Gold Mountain's securities owned by KCR LLC. Following completion of the transaction, KCR LLC has ownership of 24,916,500 common shares of the Gold Mountain, representing approximately 37.2 per cent of the Gold Mountain's current issued and outstanding common shares.
The shares were disposed of by KCR LLC as a result of an investment decision by CCS Funds LLC. In the future, additional securities of Gold Mountain may be acquired or disposed of, through the market, privately or otherwise, as circumstances or market conditions may warrant.
