I think you are missing the point.  Did I at any point claim that Star was going to become Apple?  NO.....my point was made as to the effect of the facility.  It has no bearing...that was my point.  I hope you are smart enough to catch on with my thiird try.  Shirtloss was saying customers would not invest in Star because of the old building....I say it has no bearing....some start ups are in garages and they work out.
