This is speculative play...

This is speculative play...as in most stocks on the venture exchange.   ;0)    This caught my eye due to the volume.

Rochester Resources recently reported the following:

The Company holds 100% undivided interests in the Mina Real and San Francisco Properties. In addition the Company has an agreement to acquire a 70% interest in the Santa Fe Property. During the nine months ended February 29, 2016 the Company reported a loss of $4,112,364 and, as at February 29, 2016, the Company had an accumulated deficit of $55,746,892 and a working capital deficit of $16,385,952. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on the ability of the Company to generate positive operating cash flow, the continued financial support of its directors, shareholders and creditors and from the sale of additional common shares or other equity or debt instruments. See “Financial Condition/Capital Resources”

If Rochester Resources is forced to declare bankruptcy, EEV holds a secured interest in the assets of this company.  Mr. Tam is also associated with v.GI which could go into parabolic mode.
