RE:RE:RE:RE:Predictions?

RE:RE:RE:RE:Predictions?
GreatPlay,  the investment community hates doubt, fear and uncertainty.  I've never seen a stock where management appears to have set up their companies for such a gong show.

The shorts have real ammo here:

1. Questions about insider trading not answered by the company, especially realting to the holder of the debt/shares, the stop loss trigger points and numbered companies apparently moving from Ontario, doing a stop in the Caymen Islands and now in Argentina.  It's this a "world trip"?

2. Completely missed guidance.  The sky is blue but in reality, there's a major storm with competition and price hikes eathing into profits locally.  On AMCo, the 8% gains have to be reviewed in detail.  Is it increased prices or increase sales, if so, which drug and market.

3. The detais of the Cinven "Cinven will, concurrently with the completion of the acquisition of AMCo, enter into a governance agreement with Concordia" and what is the curomary in "customary lock-up, standstill and transfer restrictions. "  The AMCo acquisition is far from "clean" in my view.  One shorter her indicates a possible "reverse takeover",Has any bulls looked up how many shares Cinven still has?  If they sold at $20+, will they be pilcing back on at the lows or will they milk this at the expense of shareholders?

This whole "setup" is nothing short of incredible. And the shorts are nothing short than amazingly right.  Some are honest if you read up on them (Marc C for example), orthers I'm sure, are not.

So instead of pumping and providing opinions void of logic and information, shouldn't you research??  I'm standing on the sidelines here in complete amazement and I don't own a single long, short, option and stake in this.

At this point, this is pure observation of some amazing "market games".   If I had to bet on whether VRX or CXR will survive, I would bet on VRX because because it has some credibility.  Concordia has none.  Anyone who thinks they do are going to be eaten alive by the street.

Only the guys holding the strings of this ragdoll know what's going to happen next.  The CEO has no credibility left, that's the only thing I know for sure.. The misguidance and funny business with the offshore shares and insider selling was the nail.
