Funny enough, I have worked both at Redknee, and at Trilogy Software (whose CEO, Joe Liemandt, is the sole shareholder of ESW).

Amazing how two of my previous lives, so seemingly unconnected, intersect many years later.

If any Redknee old timers are reading this board, that little tidbit will probably identfy to them who I am.
