Anybody can do that, even you, if you have money for Cayman accountants;
I knew a guy who was managing affairs for big shot and the reason for it was because it's legal and you can invest the money from that company without paying tax; and it's not illegal, because Canadian Government in 70-80's signed agreements with all Carribean and other tax heavens to propel it, in order to help Canadian companies to have competitive advantages. Now they are re-thinking. Most Canadian companies use it.
It's the same as legal use of marihuana or legal use of doping by Williams, as long as you have a doctor letter. Sharapova was stupid not send one on-time :)
