RE:RE:Do we think?

RE:RE:Do we think?I don't think we're 2 months away from good news as Kramy says.  The company will release it's production numbers in the first week of Oct, and from what we've seen from the several analysts' reports, things at Caribou are coming along very nicely.  In fact, the main driver is Zinc recovery and this has gone from an average of 77% in Q2 to what appears to be well over 80%.  If I recall, the analysts reported that zn recoveries had been about 83% for the most part, and up to 85% on occasion.  So production numbers should be good - and we'll see that in 2-3 weeks time.

I think one or two of the reports also mentioned positive cash flow from Caribou - THIS QUARTER, which is quite remarkable considering they just declared commerical production at the beginnning of the quarter, and are still optimizing processes.

Yes, zinc prices have taken a bit of a pounding lately, along with all the base metals, however, the fundamentals have not changed and there have been several good economic reports from China lately.   Once the FED blows off some more hot wind next week, some normality will resume and the zinc price will rise again.

We're all sitting on some profits, but I think bailing out now is a bit short-sighted.  Things will turn around later next week. Keep in mind that there's been very little volume in TV lately (showing not many people are wanting to sell at this level), and the price has held up around 88-90c, despite a daily drop in zinc prices.  Both good signs.
