RE:Bill 72
This is absolutely horrible for Concordia in the medium and long term. Short term, the trend is set.

It effectively kills the business model For 2016 AMCo renevues will be very high and so will earnouts.  They push back the payment to Feb 2017, include daly interest and then won't have the revenue to cover the payout.

To make matters worst is bonds look horrid and they won't be able to borrom or have a short term bouy so they'll go under water. Zero.

At least shareholders aren't liable for deficits.  The bottom is zero.  Short sellers have limit to liability.  I get the sense that small investors are looking into shorting.  Research before you jump.

The short was when the quarterly results were announced for those who read and think fast.  Now, it only make sense to short if you think it's going to zero or pennies. Not the company but the stock price.

From the feeling I get, Cinven will hold on to AMCo and Concordia will end up with the debt of the failed acquisition since the terms of the deal were not met.
