I wouldn't call a 25% increase a small uptick. Besides, one has to strike BEFORE "real movement is visible"; waiting for it can cause one to miss the boat. I've seen it before. Last fall SLC's  volume went from a volume of a mere 2K to over 2 million in a matter of days.
