RE:Uruguay Land prices $3800/hectare - Unlock the value please!Believe me if Sprott could find a buyer of their shares they would sell them in a heart beat. Union Agriculture has been a failed venture. If you read their most recent audited financial statements it shows that they are not profitable, burning a lot of cash and are at risk of being unable to refinance.  The raw land does have significant value as you state but  Union has run out of investors willing to fund the losses and might have to declare bankruptcy and forced to sell their land assets at a steep loss.
