that's an excellent point. there probably are valid business reasons to participate in CSO offering, but in general it's difficult to imagine a better, safer and more lucrative investment than simply repurchasing our own shares at less than half fair value. i think steve yuzpe gets this and i look forward to seeing him take serious action. after selling the rest of ICD, buying those CSO shares and paying off the debt next month, i guess we'll have around $23m so i expect buyback to begin in november
