North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

I agree with most of what you say incube.  As far as the $4.00 per share US price.  I said it could easily go there if they sell Bisha.  I did not say that it would be an adequate buyout for the entire company.  I can see NSU at $5 to $6 US in the next 12 to 18 months with or without Bisha.  By the way they would not have to cut the dividend if they sold Bisha.  They could even increase it a bit as Timok would be coming on line in a couple of years. That upper zone supergene is so high grade that it will be a cash generator almost from the start.  They spend $48 million a year on dividends so two years would be $96 million.  Not that much when you would probably have close to $1 billion in cash and Timok to develope.  As I said before I give NSU management the benefit of the doubt.  They know Bisha's value and its future potential more than we do.
