RE:No Insider Buying Today That's a huge warning sign! As a TA trader, I often overlook a lot of fundamentals because companies can "cook the books". Not saying this happened here but do research on independent views on adjusted EBITDA and "financial engineering" non-market scholar topics show up all the time.
I have a hard time going long here until insiders buy significant shares or understand where the real owners of this company (Notes holders) want to see as end-goal.
I also have a hard time going short here because I get the sense our US "friends" might be taking some profits. Hard to tell but I get the sense they know this "bird is cooked". They might be a bit nervous today because we have some Canadians fighting back the foreign US invasions but it's possible resistance is futile! ;-) LOL
If I was holding here, I would likely be selling. I fear we'll see a slow bleed to the $3s then...
