RE:No Insider Buying Today Thanks for checking with IR regarding their quiet period policy. Insider reports are due five days after a trade is made. We will know definitively later this week if insiders started buying immediately after the strategic review was announced to have been completed. I agree that insider buying after the strategic review was completed would be bullish for the stock.
