Craft

CraftNew into Chinook. I really like the Birley/Umbach assets and I feel that given the cash on hand and runway that is enough to make the company. With that being said I'm having a hard time putting a value to the Craft shares that will be spun out. Has anyone crunched the numbers and come up with an estimate?
