Further thought: that such secondary offering not being offered in the US may suggest that a general offering is not being contemplated but rather one (or more) private placements targeted to banks, venture capitalists, etc. in Canada who eCobalt has already identified and perhaps has even had discussions with already. [Note: Dundee is in Canada.] It all makes perfect sense if you don't think about it.
