RE:RE:Has the bleeding stopped?

RE:RE:Has the bleeding stopped?Hurry up ... and wait!

1) I think we're on the uptick as selling pressure appears to have abated and share price is recovering.

2) I've been monitoring the market depth too and the bids are looking much more confident and there really isn't a lot on the offer (see table below).

3) I'm optimistic that bids will continue creeping upward as we get closer to the November drill program due the volume of bids building.

4) There was a massive grant of performance share units (PSU) to the CEO (1.75mm shares at 24 cents), the President (705,000 at 24 cents) and each Board member the other day, so now everyone has incentive to make something happen. I've always been amazed by the lack of stock options in this company - management and Board's financial interests are now better aligned with shareholders to make something happen, which is hopefully a merger.

5) We should be getting word on the project debt financing arrangements soon too, which coincides with the timelines mentioned to me from my friend, AVK's disclosure, and the recent filing of a short form base shelf prospectus to raise up to C$325 million in unsecured debt and equity, etc. I'm optimistic that a well structured debt package will de-risk the project for investors and get AVK back on the upward trajectory.
