the Bayer card in the game - takeover sooner or later?

the Bayer card in the game - takeover sooner or later?
As mentioned earlier, Bayer AG will not just watch when the process developed by Orbite will be the new winning way for all participants in the aluminium market, inclusive the solution of the red mud problem (catastrophic dam break some years back in Romania or Hungary).

Bayer is the big player and I bet they watch all what's going on around Orbited technology. When Orbite increase production to the targeted amount and the plant using their patented process is profitable, then Bayer AG is urged to react in any way, and a takeover bid is possible.
