Stock price is down over 6% today and heading lower on 13M VRX shares traded on the NYSE.

VRX on the TSE is tagging along with only 1.6M traded.

NOBODY will buy this company for $42.26 Billion (the total liabilities which don't include the SEC and regulatory liabilities).
