RE:RE:RE:RE:Artis Releases Third Quarter Results: FFO Per Unit Increase

RE:RE:RE:RE:Artis Releases Third Quarter Results: FFO Per Unit IncreaseSanke...I thought you shorted this 2 days ago as per you post........

also you can listen to the analyst call (number posted on website) ......it is about 45 mins long  but will put your mind at ease regarding future profitability ........They feel they are "near the bottom" in the Calgary office market but have very little "lease turnover" in the next 2 years anyway......

Also they have several Calgary office buildings under contract for sale although they are not firm yet, so sales could still fall apart.......he said all the sales prices were at Approx NAV so any firm sales of these properties will be rewarded by the market as this shows that the most concerning asset group in the portfolio would still garner NAV in a sale....so the  shareprice 25% discount off of NAV is unwarranted

they saw stable earnings for the short term and then further improvement in earnings for the quarters afterward........so we can sit back and collect 9% distribution (or 15% if you use margin) while we wait for the shareprice to improve as mgmt executes their plan.....
