Bottom line (NPAT) was greater in 2015 than in 2014 and greater in Q216 than in Q116. Salaries have increased because they have been building out their sales force. 

Agree that clearly the sellers think a bad quarter is coming, however, the CEO is buying in the market. That is bullish, maybe not necessarily for this quarter but certainly for the longer run.
