I took a look at the SRP filing and the plan gives the right to each shareholder to buy 10 more shares at 50% of market value.

Do you have enough money to take advantage of this or is this mostly an opporuinity for the institutional holders????

Sounds like the retail investors who are already maxed out are screwed aging if this gets excersised
