It's true if you offer your shares at any price GTC they can not be borrowed. Now we know what that Merrill 1,000,000 share offer at a penny was about Friday morning. Shorty is caught.....and going so far as to manipulate (spoofing) the market to scare out shares.. Some strong buying Monday or a sniff of a big order and these guys are going to be forced to cover higher. Have a good sleep over the weekend bro lol
