With IFC gone (10%) & possible regulatory requirerments for a vote on this rip-off CVR they woul lose. We can also motion from the floor of that meeting a "No Confidence" vote.
Also, with the right approach, even the Majors (1 or both) could see a far more beneficial arrangement with us. Remember they didn't get anywhere near the gravy deal Tenor received.
