RE:Miracles?Oldtimer, I for one couldn't agree with your diagnosis more. Our only chance at this point is with the "Concerned Shareholders". In a way one could suppose that losing the IFC (as a nonparticipating by-stander) is positive, having the millions of shares more securely in the hands of several investors on our side. All the mis-cues are water over the dam at this point, Our focus as so-called "Disinterested Shareholders" is really a misnomer, we disinterested shareholders have everything as "Interested shareholders" to lose. I hope that control of Eco Oro is voted out of the clutches of Anna,Tenor and the Board of Directors. With the IFC gone & a possible injunction stopping the CVR, we stand a real chance. If so the Majors (at this point & not including Management shares) hold only 38% +- as noted below based on the Eco Oro presentation of Feb. 2016.
Fully diluted shares of: 102,453,212:
Amber Capital - 25%
Paulson - 13%
IFC - 10%
Under certain senarios the Majors may rather swim with the current then against
it, cutting a deal with the controling shareholder block, business is business.
