RE:RE:RE:LIMBO???As I've said before, until a deadline is issued by the company, then any deadline imposed by your broker is arbitrary and not binding.
They may think they have tendered them but there's nowhere to tender them to (not sure that's the right phrase, but you get my drift).
CDS is continually issuing new "deadline" dates each week until the company issues an offical date.
Unfortunately nobody involved in this process is either smart enough to understand this, or cares enough to try to fix it. Intertain claims they have their legal counsel working on fixing the problem but I'm not sure I buy that.
Until the company issues its own deadline, you shoudl be free to trade your shares. If you want to and they tell you you can't, then I'd document the hell out of your correspondence for possible legal action.
