With dual respect, retiredguy, you missed the point just like other posters here not questioning the buy, buy buy type of advice. If you are one of them telling people to buy at over $8 then and give no explanation to support it, you don't look so smart now when the price is below $7. Are you guys accountable, responsible or else? Of course not, as any one of us are using aliases names posting anything and not have to worry about bearing consequences.

My point is always clear, read with care and do not take it serious with such posts that is not well thought of and not reasonably presented here or in any board.

The other big reason for calm is that investment houses anted up $60 million at $10.60. These firms have employees who spend their entire career completing DD for deals like this. No one in their right mind would ante up $60 million unless they had a pretty good idea that their investment was going to be worth more down the line. 

So as I said before, if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Otherwise, relax and stop worrying about the daily or weekly changes in the SP. GLTA
