Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Question on APH power
The hydro drain is the entire green house industry in leamington area. It might be sun grown but this is Ontario and sun doesn't equate to heat in winter months. Most of the greenhouses in that area use electricity with boiler systems for heat. That enitire area needs a entire new hydro infrastructure to meet the current demand. Hydro one would need to install new lines to that area to meet current demand let alone future demand. Google Bruce Milton hydro line and see how long it took to install that line. They haven't even started a line to supply the Leamington area. I think they should double the sice of the cogen plant they want to install. Put it on the grid and let it pay for itself. APH CEO is on the board of enwin which is Windsors hydro company. If anyone knows the issues in the area it is him. Money well spent IMO if he goes ahead.
